Can you tell which index is fragmented in the oracle? Is there a script to get the discrete indexed list?

And to improve performance, what should be done with such indexes? Should they be rebuilt?

I'm not sure what you mean by the "fragmented" index, but in general almost never There is no need to recreate the indexes in the oracle - at least not to improve performance.
