caching - html5 cache manifest compatibility with head.js? -

There are large speed advantages to using head.js in my own sites. I now consider the HTML 5 Cache Manifest I'm having to improve offline access on sites and improve speed (more things load with cache), am I using the HTML5 cache manifest, if there are still benefits of head.js (especially Parallel script loading)?

During the initial cache manifest download event and also during the Cash Manifest update, you receive that head.js speed advantage
