Android Emulator in Aptana Studio3 -

Can I run an Android SDK Emulator for Android website testing in Aptana Studio 3? Do I Need To Install Eclipse Plugin? I have installed Android SDK, and have used Aptana Studio 3, but I'm not sure they will work together. By installing both plugins in eclipses, I do not see a bigger conflict.
