  Build Rail Controller Hello   
 Then I started Rail Server and tried to reach and got  
  Action Controller: Exception Holder ActiveRecord :: ConnectionNoteASTABABS ActiveRecord 
    
 
 
  RAK DB: Make DB: MIG Rate  before starting the server.
