flex - Air Application - Start in system tray? -

I am trying to launch an Adobe Air application in the system tray, so far I have used this snippet: which is described, although no one does the work, I started it, At least it can not seem to be the system tray: this is the code that is so far:

 I think you will manage it  doc ()  to  Calling at the end of readyToTray (event: event) . To ensure that your initial window is invisible when it launches, you can set it to the visible property in the wrong.
