jax ws - Is there a way to add XSD Restrictions to a JAX-WS generated Schema? -

Seeing the package javax.jws and related documentation I did not find any way to do this automatic XSD restriction Generates, e.g. 

   & Lt; / XS: Ban & gt; & Lt; / XS: simpleType & gt; & Lt; / XS: element & gt;   
 Is there something fundamental that I'm missing? And am I probably asking wrong questions?
