Umbraco CMS 5.0 CTP 1 installation skip some steps and does not populate DB -

I tried to post it on the ServerFault forum, but StackOverflow might be the right place.

I want to try Umbro CMS 5.0 CTP1 as it has a good reputation.

Since the ISP has come in MVC3, I thought I would try to install V5 preview. I know that this might be a buggy, but I expected that I could set it up properly, but it was not right.
