I wonder if some stock market APIs will allow me to display stock information of a certain corporation to create a negative website.

I have seen the Google Finance API and apparently you can use it to create iGoogle gadgets so that it does not work.

I believe you are wrong about this. There is a JavaScript API that you should be able to use in any normal web application.
